摘　　要：介绍RS-1100催化剂在中国石化沧州分公司1.60Mt/a柴油加氢装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明:开工过程操作平稳;催化剂装填良好,催化剂床层径向温差小于1℃;RS-1100催化剂表现出优良的加氢脱硫活性,在原料性质比设计值差、平均反应温度比设计值低22℃的条件下,仍然可以生产出满足国Ⅲ排放标准的柴油产品,为企业柴油产品质量升级提供了技术支撑。The RS-1100 catalyst has been applied in the 1.60 Mt/a diesel hydrorefining unit of SINOPEC Cangzhou Petrochemical Company.Industrial application results show that RS-1100 catalyst has excellent hydrodesulfurization activity though the feedstock quality is worse than that of design and the average reaction temperature is 22 ℃ lower than the design value.The product meets the national Ⅲ standard of diesel fuel.The RS-1000 provides a powerful technical support for diesel quality upgrading.
