摘　　要：英国的教育督导制度历史悠久,具有健全的教育督导制度和法律法规体系,教育督导组织机构完善,督导队伍和人员专业化程度很高,督导方法系统科学。本文分析了英国教育督导制度的现状和特点,探讨其对我国教育督导与评价制度改革与发展的借鉴意义。England is one of the countries in the world that first set up the school inspection system. Its de- tailed legislation system on educational inspection, well-developed organization system, highly professional in- spectors as well as systematic and scientific inspection procedures and methods are in leading position in the world. This paper analyses the present situation and characteristics of school inspection system in England, and explores its inspiration to reform and development of educational inspection system in China.
