摘　　要：本文讨论了同步时序逻辑电路无自启动能力产生的原因 。The reasons for non sef starting synchronous sequential circuit were discussed and some experiential rules were presented.According to those correctional rules,non self starting state diagram can be translated into self starting state diagram with lower cost.
