摘  要:基于钢材以及岩体材料的弹塑性本构模型理论,建立底座与底板接触耦合分析模型,进行了底座应力以及底板比压的影响因素分析。计算结果表明,底板的比压分布并不均匀,柱窝下方的接触反力最大,两侧逐渐减小,偏向外侧主肋附近的接触反力大于内侧主肋,无主肋位置处的接触反力最小,可以认为底座与底板的相对刚度比是影响比压分布的主要因素。在较软的底板上,底座比压呈梯形分布,可以按塑性底板假设进行计算;在较硬的底板上,比压在立柱作用处达到最大,与按塑性假设计算得到的分布截然不同。在进行底座设计与选型时,应区分软硬底板,选用适当的分析方法按弹性底板或塑性底板分别进行考虑。The model of contact coupling between hydraulic support pedestal and base plate was established based on theory about elasto-plastic constitutive model of steel and rock, and then the factors affecting the stress of the pedestal and the specific pressure of the base plate were analyzed. Calculation results showed: the specific pressure of the base plate distributed unevenly, the contact reaction force below the column nest reached the maximum and the one at both sides gradually decreased, the contact reaction force near the lateral reinforcement was greater than the one near the inner reinforcement, the contact reaction force at the part without reinforcement was the least, it was considered that the stiffness ratio of the pedestal and the base plate was the main factor affecting the distribution of the specific pressure. Therefore, on the soft base plate, the specific pressure of the pedestal distributed as a trapezoidal area, the base plate could be assumed to be plastic to conduct calculation; on the hard base plate, the specific pressure reached the maximum near the column nest, which was different from the calculation results obtained based on plastic assumption. It was suggested that during the design and model selection of the oedestal, the soft and the hard base plate should be treated differentlv, and annrooriate analvsis method should be applied according to elastic base plate and plastic base plate.
