摘 要:接触式逆止器是大型矿用带式输送机的重要安全保护装置,其楔形块扭簧转矩对逆止器正常工作起着关键作用。对楔形块扭簧转矩的的影响进行了分析,并对其设计计算进行了阐述。应用Pro/E软件建立逆止器三维模型,并用ADAMS软件进行了运动仿真分析,得到了逆止器在不同楔形块扭簧转矩作用下,楔形块与内、外圈接触力的变化情况,分析了逆止器的工作状态,为真实样机的试制奠定了基础。The contact-typed backstop is an important safety device used for large mine-used belt conveyors. The torque of the torsional spring mounted on the wedge plays a key role during normal operation of the backstop. In the paper, the factors affecting the torque of the torsional spring mounted on the wedge were analyzed, and its design and calculation were narrated also. Pro/E was applied to build 3D model of the backstop, and ADAMS was applied to simulate and analyze its motion. Thus, the contact force between the wedge and the inner ring as well as between the wedge and the outer ring at various torque of the torsional spring were obtained. In addition, the operation status of the backstop was analyzed. The study laid foundation for trial manufacture of the real model machine.
