摘 要:选取武平铜银矿石进行试验研究,探讨高压辊磨机在有色金属选矿领域的应用。试验制取常规破碎矿样、高压辊磨机破碎矿样和高压辊终粉磨矿样,主要从碎磨产品特性和选矿指标差异2个角度进行分析。通过试验和检测研究表明,从碎磨产品特性和对选矿指标影响2个角度来讲,高压辊磨机应用于碎磨作业均优于常规设备,尤其高压辊终粉磨系统具有巨大优势,其物料均匀,选矿指标远远优于常规破碎作业。The silver-copper ore from Wuping was selected to conduct the experimental study so as to explore of the application of high-pressure roll mill in the field of non-ferrous .mineral separation. Samples of conventional crushed ore, crushed ore from high-pressure roll mill and ground ore from final high-pressure roll mill were prepared in the experiment, and they were analyzed from the characteristics of comminuted product and differences in separation indexes. The experimental study showed: speaking from the characteristics of comminuted product and influence on separation indexes, the high-pressure roll mill was superior to conventional comminution equipments in application to comminution operation, especially the application of high-pressure roll mill to final grinding system had a huge advantage whose material particle size distributed uniformly and separation indexes were much better than the conventional comminution operation.
