摘  要:设计了一款以大功率LED作为光源的针对光伏性能测试的太阳模拟器光学系统。利用不同峰值波长的LED作为模拟器的光源并介绍了光谱匹配方法。根据LED发光特点,选取同轴透射式准直光学系统,系统由大功率LED、准直系统、菲涅耳透镜、光学积分器、光阑等光学器件组成。准直系统采用全内反射自由曲面透镜,光学积分器采用对称式透镜阵列结构。系统采用光学仿真软件TracePro进行模拟,模拟结果表明:在直径为220mm的有效辐照面上辐照度不均匀度为3.8%,准直角为3.2°。An optical system of LED solar simulator for source. A method of employing LEDs with different peak photovoltaic performance test is designed by using LED wavelengths as light source to build a solar spectrum is introduced. By taking use of the characteristics of the LEDs, a concentric transmission collimating system is used, including high power LEDs, collimating system, Fresnel lens, optical integrator and aperture. The free-form surface collimating system with the total internal reflection of free-form surface lens and symmetrical lens array structure in optical integrator is adopted. The results demonstrated by optical simulation software of TracePro show that in the effective radiation circle area within 220 mm diameter, the non-uniformity is 3.8 % and the collimation angle is 3.2°.
