摘 要:经糖的确证性试验证明甜藤中含有还原糖、多糖,并用分光光度法测定水溶性总糖、还原糖和多糖的含量,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定微量元素硒的含量。甜藤的叶、茎中总糖含量分别为12.18%、12.43%,还原糖含量分别为11.12%、11.25%,多糖含量分别为1.06%、1.18%,硒含量分别为0.237μg/g、0.246μg/g。研究为贵州野生甜藤资源的开发利用提供了数据基础。Reducing sugar and polysaccharide were firstly found in Paederia scandens (Lour.) Meer. The contents of water-soluble total sugar, reducing sugar and polysaccharide in the leaves and stems ofPaederia scandens were determined by spectrophotometer, and the content of selenium was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that in the leaves and stems of Paederia scandens, the content of total sugar was 12.18%, 12.43%, respectively, the content of reducing sugar was 11.12%, 11.25%, respectively; the content ofpolysacchafide was 1.06%, 1.18%, respectively; and the content of microelement selenium was 0.237 txg/g, 0.246 ktg/g, respectively. It would provide data basis for the exploitation and use of Guizhou wild Paederia scandens resource.
