强肝抗脂灵治疗蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征的研究

摘　　要：利用高能低蛋白日粮成功地复制出蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征病理模型。用血浆总脂、磷脂、总胆固醇 ,结合生产指标及病理学变化 ,判定强肝抗脂灵、氯化胆碱以及强肝抗脂灵加氯化胆碱的疗效。结果表明 ,强肝抗脂灵和氯化胆碱都对脂肪肝出血综合症 (FLHS)有良好的治疗作用 ,且强肝抗脂灵优于氯化胆碱 ,若二者配合应用效果更佳。Fatty Liver Haemorrhagic Syndrome (FLHS) was induced with high-caloricity/low-protein feed to laying hens.Items that can be used to diagnose FLHS were determined so as to discriminate the efficacy of Qianggankangzhiling,Cholini Chloridum and Qianggankangzhiling formulated with Cholini Chloridum.The results showed that both Qianggankangzhiling and Cholini Chloridum could be used to cure FLHS and that the efficacy was more efficacious if Qianggankangzhiling was formulated with Cholini Chloridum.
