摘 要:从动态能力视角出发,认为动态能力理论可以解释"在位者诅咒"这一现象及其内在作用机制。选择通信行业巨头诺基亚为样本,以动态能力的两个维度,即外部资源获取和资源释放来考察其发展历程,认为诺基亚在其辉煌的经营历程中形成了刚性和路径依赖,难以改变资源基础从而缺乏动态能力,进而在技术范式转变期的通信行业中逐渐失去竞争优势。Dynamic capability is the ability of corporates to change resource base to adapt to the dynamic environ- ment. This paper argues that dynamic capability perspective can give a reasonable explanation of the 'Incumbent Course' phenomenon and its inner mechanism. This paper chooses Nokia as a sample and use two dimensions of dynamic capability, namely resource acquisition and resource release to evaluate the corporate. Nokia becomes rig- id and forms path independence in its development history. It lacks of dynamic capability to change its resource base and loses its competitive advantage in the technology paradigm transformation period of communications in- dustry.
