企业组织与商业模式协同创新的实证研究——以新一代信息技术企业为例

摘　　要：新一代信息技术企业的发展对我国高新技术产业的发展起到促进作用。以新一代信息技术企业为研究对象,通过文献综述以及对119家企业的调查和分析构建了新一代信息技术企业组织与商业模式协同创新的动力机制模型。运用结构方程模型从企业竞争能力、市场竞争、供应链、战略柔性、企业合作和经营绩效等六个方面对企业组织与商业模式协同创新的动力机制模型进行实证分析。结果表明,市场竞争—竞争能力—企业合作对组织创新有显著正向影响,供应链—市场竞争—战略柔性—竞争能力对商业模式创新有显著正向影响,但是经营绩效—企业合作对商业模式创新有显著的负向影响。Based on literature review, survey and analysis vation dynamic mechanism of organization and business of the 119 model of a IT enterprises, we build a collaborative inno- new generation of IT enterprises. This paper uses structural equation model to analyze the dynamic mechanism of organization and business model collabora- tive innovation from six aspects named as enterprise competitiveness, market competition, supply chain, strategic flexibility, business cooperation and business performance. The results show that competition in the market, compet- itiveness and business cooperation have positive effects on organizational innovation. The supply chains, competi- tion in the market, strategic flexibility and the competitiveness have positive effects on business model innovation Business performance and enterprise cooperation have significant negative effects on innovation of business model .
