摘 要:目的探讨采用胰岛素笔BD针头注射时,不同的注射停留时间及不同的拔针方法对针头溢液的影响。方法按医嘱剂量将注射时不同停留时间及拔针方法分成三组:≤10U、11~20U、〉20U,采取相同注射次数和注射停留时间,分别用快速拔针和慢提取分次拔针两种方法对针头溢液结果进行统计分析。结果三组中,相同注射剂量随注射停留时间的延长及不同拔针方法,针头溢液次数差异有显著意义(P〈O.05,P〈O.001);注射剂量≤10U、11~20U、〉20U,快速拔针针头在皮下的最佳停留时间分别为11s、15s、21s,慢提取分次拔针法分别为9s、13S、19s;不同注射剂量,两种拔针方法停留时间一致时,慢提取分次拔针针头溢液次数低于快速拔针,两者差异有显著意义(P〈0.001)。结论在相同停留时间内慢提取分次拔针比快速拔针溢液少,能保证胰岛素用量的准确件.Objective To explore the influence of the standing time of the insulin pen BD needle and ways of the extraction of needle on needle exudation. Method The patients were divided into 3 groups according the dosages of insulin of ≤10 U, 11-20 U, and 〉20 U. Each group with the same dosages, same times Of injections and same standing durations of needles were divided into subgroups according to the different speeds of extraction of needles, fast extraction and slow extraction. The effect of insulin exudation from needles was analyzed statistically. Result In the subgroups of the same dosages with different ways of extraction, the times of exudation from needles had statistical significance (P〈0.05, P〈0. 001). In the subgroups with different dosages and same standing time, the times of exudation in the slow extraction of needles were less than that of the fast extraction of needles. They had statistical significance (P〈0. 001). Conclusion When the dosages of injection are ≤10 U, 11-20 U, and 〉20 U, the optimum subcutaneous standing durations with the fast extraction needles should be 11s, 15s and 21s respectively, and the optimum duration with the slow extraction needles should be 9s, 13s and 19s respectively. The exudation is less in the same standing duration with slow extraction than with fast extraction, which will guarantee the accuracy of insulin.
