摘　　要：作为一种犯罪现象,旅游犯罪指发生在旅游过程中与旅游者、旅游活动或旅游环境有关所有犯罪现象的总和,而旅游犯罪场是犯罪场的一种具体形态,指存在于具有旅游犯罪心理的潜在犯罪人的内心体验中,促成旅游犯罪原因实现为旅游犯罪行为的特定背景。鉴于旅游犯罪场是旅游犯罪原因与旅游犯罪行为之间的衔接点,所以相比旅游犯罪原因,旅游犯罪场离旅游犯罪行为更近,也更容易控制,这就在形式上弥补了旅游犯罪原因与旅游犯罪控制之间的结构缺损,并且为旅游犯罪的控制提供了新的方法论。因而,控制旅游犯罪场是控制旅游犯罪的一个有效途径,而控制旅游犯罪场就是要基于破坏旅游犯罪场生存与发展的环境,切断潜在犯罪人与旅游犯罪场背景因素之间的激发性链条,减弱或消除旅游犯罪场对潜在犯罪人的吸引力,最终促使旅游犯罪场结构解体,以求达到控制旅游犯罪的效果。Tourism crime refers to the sum of all crime phenomena that occurs in the tourism process and it is related to tourists, tourism activities, and the tourism environment. Meanwhile, the tourism crime field, which is a specific form of crime field, refers to the special background that exists in the psychology of the potential perpetrators who are minded to commit tourism crime. The tourism crime field contributes to the conversion from the causes of tourism criminality to the committing of acts of tourism crime. Furthermore, the tourism crime field is closer to criminal acts since it is a connection point between the causes of tourism criminality and the acts of tourism crime. It is also easier to be controlled when compared with the causes of tourism criminality. Consequently, the tourism crime field makes up for the structural defects between the causes of tourism criminality and the control of tourism crime. It also provides a new methodology for the control of tourism crime. The structure of the tourism crime field consists of the potential perpetrators and the background factors of tourism crime, which includes time, space, victims and social control omissions. Meanwhile, the tourism crime field demonstrates morphological characteristics that are tagged with tourism activities, including： the seasonality of crime, the aggregation of crime space, the vulnerability of the victim, the omission of social control, and the secretiveness of the potential perpetrators. These characteristics form the theoretical foundation of the control of the tourism crime field, which is based on： destroying the environment for the survival and development of the tourism crime field ; cutting off the motivation chain between the potential perpetrators and the background factors of tourism crime ; weakening or eliminating the attractiveness of the potential perpetrators ; and, prompting the structure of the tourism crime field to break up. Consequently, controlling the tourism crime field is found to be an effective approach to
