摘　　要：最近三十多年来我们进入了经济的长足发展期,但同时也陷入了资源、环境等生态危机之中,如资源耗费、物种灭失、植被破坏、海洋衰竭等,个体可持续发展行为的缺失是我们没有避免生态危机的重要原因之一。市场经济模式深厚的历史文化根基和主流经济学所倡导的发展理念,既是西方国家陷入生态危机困境的根源,也是我国个体可持续发展行为缺失的文化导向,而建立在内心自我规制基础上心态文明的缺失则是生态危机产生的现实因素。因此,塑造国民文明的心态,政府、教育、媒体、家庭等社会组织责无旁贷。For more than 30 years, although we have undergone a rapid economic development, we have been struggling with ecological crisis in energy sources, environment and the like, such as the consumption of resources, species loss, destruction of vegetation, marine exhaustion, the lack of individual sustainable development is one of the main causes for ecological crisis. The development philosophy advocated by the market economy mode with deep historical and cultural roots and the mainstream economics, is not only the root cause for the ecological crisis in west- ern countries, but also the culture orientation for the lack of sustainable development of individual behavior in China. And the lack of mental civilization based on inner self regulation is the reality factor for ecological crisis. So, it＇ s the unshakable responsibility for the social organizations such as the government, education, media and household to create the mental civilization of the citizens.
