摘　　要：对信息网络环境下的图书馆过程系统管理进行评价,有助于提升服务效率和管理效益,增强图书馆信息服务能力。文章论述了图书馆过程系统管理的含义,研究体系及管理模式,构建了相应的评价指标体系和评价模型,提出了具体的数据统计处理和信息分析反馈的实施方法。To evaluate the library process system management under the network environment can help to improve the service efficiency and management benefits and strengthen the library information service ability. This paper discusses the meaning, the research system and the management mode of the library process system management, constructs corresponding evaluation index system and evaluation model and puts forward concrete implement method of data statistics and information analysis feedback. 18 refs.
