摘　　要：详细介绍了快速成型和硅胶模具技术的基本工艺流程,应用Moldfow软件对硅胶模真空注型过程进行了最近浇口位置及流动性分析,并制作了真空注型件。结果表明,集成RP/RT/CAE技术可以大大缩短塑料件的开发周期、节约开发成本。The basic process of the rapid prototyping and silicone mold technology were introduced in detail. The silicone mold vacuum casting process was studied by Moldflow, and the best gate position and fluidity of the mold were analyzed, moreover, a vacuum injection parts was produced. The results show that, integrated RP/RT/CAE technology can greatly shorten the development cycle of plastic parts, reduce the development costs.
