贺兰山珍稀濒危植物花粉形态观察

摘　　要：本文利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对贺兰山珍稀濒危植物中的 16种进行了花粉形态的观察和描述。结果发现各种植物的花粉在大小、形态、萌发器官、表面纹饰等方面表现出明显差异 ,表明花粉形态可作为一重要的分类依据 ;同时 。The pollen morphological features of 16 rare & endangered plant species grown in Helan Mountains were observed and described by Light Microscopy (LM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).The results indicated the pollen grains of various plants exited obvious differences in size,shape,germinator and surface ornamentation...,and showed the pollen morphology could be used as an important classified basis,the diversity of the pollen morphology reflect also the ancestry and relative complex of the floristic characteristics in Helan Mountains.
