摘　　要：分析了哈尔滨工程大学图书馆博硕士论文的收藏及使用情况,以读者需求为导向,构建了该馆特色触摸屏查询系统,有效提升了资源利用率。This paper analyzes the collection and utilization situation of doctoral dissertations and master＇s theses in the library of Harbin Engineering University, and guided by readers＇ demands, constructs a touch-screen enquiry system with the features of this library, effectively improving the utilization rate of resources.
