摘　　要：分析了加快山西省具有知识产权的科技成果转化的重要性,探讨了山西省具有知识产权的科技成果产业化的特点及其转化方式,提出了山西省新经济条件下的具有知识产权的科技成果转化的一些新的做法。This paper analyzes the importance of speeding up the transformation of the Shanxi＇ s sci-tech achievements with intellectual property, probes into the features of the industrialization of Shanxi＇s sci-tech achievements with intellectual property and their transformation modes, and puts forward some new measures for the transformation of the sci- tech achievements with intellectual property under the new economic conditions of Shanxi Province.
