摘　　要：高校图书馆流通部直接面对广大读者,服务于学校的教学和科研,起着非常重要的作用。分析了心理动态对流通部服务质量的影响,并从心理辅导的角度,提出了提高流通部服务质量的措施。The circulation department of university library, which directly faces the readers, plays a very important role in providing service for university＇s teaching and scientific research. This paper analyzes the impact of psycho- dynamics on circulation department＇s service quality, and puts forward some measures for improving circulation department＇ s service quality from the viewpoint of the psychological guidance.
