摘　　要：针对当前高校图书馆图书采访队伍存在的问题,提出了加强高校图书馆图书采访队伍建设、提高图书采购质量的若干措施,包括对采访人员进行培训、建立复合型图书采访队伍、让读者直接参与图书采访等。In the light of the problems currently existing in university library＇ s books acquisitioning team, this paper puts forward some measures for strengthening the construction of books acquisitioning team and improving the quality of book acquisitioning, which include organizing the training for acquisitioning librarians, establishing the composite books acquisitioning ream, and letting the readers directly participate in the book acquisitioning, etc.
