摘　　要：为了改善我国高校图书馆机构设置,对我国10所高校图书馆的组织机构进行了调查,发现了一些问题,并且针对这些问题提出了若干建议,指出改善高校图书馆组织机构应坚持以人为本、信息化和系统化的原则。In order to improve the institutional setup in China＇s university library, this paper investigates the organizational structure of ten university libraries in China, finds some problems, and puts forward some suggestions based on these problems, and points out that the improvement of university library＇ s organizational structure should insist on the people-oriented principle, the informatization principle and systematization principle.
