摘　　要：国内一些由公共、高校、科学图书馆等组成的地区图书馆联盟,致力于开展跨系统、跨行业的图书馆合作,在地区中心图书馆主导下,开展公益性的联合参考咨询服务项目,整合各类图书馆的文献信息资源和服务力量,推动高校图书馆和科学图书馆的资源向社会开放,推动图书馆公益性服务的扩展,促进了网络信息服务事业的多元化发展。参考文献5。Some domestic regional library consortia formed by public libraries, university libraries and academic libraries, commit to the cross-system and cross-sector cooperation. By the leading of the regional center library, they carry out public collaborative digital reference services： integrate the documents and resources of libraries as a whole, promote the documents and resources of university libraries and academic libraries open to the public, expand the library＇s public services, promote the multi-direction developments of network information service.
