电子传感器在机械制造中的集成问题略论

摘　　要：随着人类科学技术的飞速发展,特别是第三次科技革命以后,微电子技术也取得了革命性突破,电子传感器作为微电子技术的代表性产品,已经被广泛应用于机械制造、生物化工等各个行业,它以其独有的优势迅速改变着人类传统的生产方式。现在的电子传感器技术已经由过去的单一化逐渐向集成化和微型化发展。本文首先介绍了电子传感器技术以及其特点和发展现状;然后介绍了电子传感器技术在机械制造领域的应用情况;最后以汽车制造为例介绍了电子传感器的应用和发展。With the rapid development of science and technology, especially after the third revolution of science and technology, microelectronic technology has made a revolutionary breakthrough, electronic sen- sor as the microelectronics technology representative products, has been widely used in machinery manu- facturing, bio chemical and other industries, with its unique advantages quickly changing the traditional production mode. Electronic sensor technology is now from a single past gradually to the integration and development of miniaturization. This paper first introduces the electronic sensor technology and its char- acteristics and development status; then introduces the application situation of electronic sensor technol- ogy in the field of mechanical manufacture; finally an automobile manufacturing as an example to introduce the application and development of electronic sensors.
