应用强生UHS补片修补82例腹股沟疝患者的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨强生UHS补片在修补腹股沟疝手术中的应用。方法回顾性分析2010年12月～2012年12月应用强生UHS补片行前人路腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术82例患者的临床资料。结果全部患者治愈出院。手术时间40-100min，平均55min。平均住院天数6d。术后伤口均I期愈合，无切口感染。随访时间3—24月，尚无复发病例。结论应用UHS补片治疗腹股沟疝操作简便，并发症少，效果良好。Objective Discussion of Johnson UHS mesh repair of inguinal hernia operation application experience. Methods A retrospective analysis of 2010 December to 2012 December application Johnson UHS patch anterior preperitoneal space tension-free hernia repair in patients with clinical data. Results All patients were cured and discharged. The average operation time 40-100rain, 55min.The average length of stay 6D.Postoperative wound was healed, no incision infection. Follow-up 3-24 months, no recurrence. Conclusion Application of UHS patch in the treatment of inguinal hernia has the advantages of simple operation, fewer complications, good results.
