摘　　要：目的通过对某板业有限公司建设项目产生的职业病危害因素进行确定,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,对未达到职业病危害防护要求的岗位提出职业病控制措施。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测检验和检查表分析法对建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素主要有化学毒物(甲醛、氨、锰及其化合物、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、臭氧等)、木粉尘、电焊烟尘、噪声、高温、紫外辐射等。工作场所职业病危害因素检测结果显示,大部分职业病危害因素浓度(或强度)符合国家职业卫生标准的要求,但有1个作业岗位的木粉尘浓度和2个作业岗位的噪声强度超过国家职业接触限值。结论该建设项目整体的职业病危害控制效果较好,但个别职业病危害防护设施及职业卫生管理制度仍需进一步完善,特别是防尘设施和职业卫生应急救援预案的完善和执行。[ Objective] To identify the occupational hazards generated in the construction project of a board company, to evaluate the preventive measures and its effect, and take control measures to those posts which do not meet the occupational hazards protec- tion requirements. [ Methods ] Occupational hygiene survey, occupational hazards testing and inspection in workplace and checklist analysis were applied to perform evaluation. [ Results] The main occupational hazards in the production process of this construction project were chemical poisons （ formaldehyde, ammonia, manganese and its compounds, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, etc） , wood dust, welding fumes, noise, high temperature and UV. The test results of the occupational hazards of the workplace displayed that concentration （ or intensity ） of most of the occupational hazards accorded with national standards, but there were 1 post＇ s wood dust concentration and 2 posts＇ noise intensities exceed the national occupational exposure limits. [ Conclusion] The o- verall occupational hazards control effect of this project is better, but some occupational hazard protection facilities and management system should be further improved, especially for the development and implementation of dustproof facilities and occupational health emergency rescue plan.
