摘　　要：目的观察光触媒空气消毒器在不同湿度条件下对口腔诊室空气的动态消毒效果。方法常温条件下按室内湿度大小分为两组:A组,湿度小于60%;B组,湿度大于60%。采用普通琼脂平板暴露法,分别于无医疗活动(静态环境)和正常工作日(动态坏境)条件下运行光触媒空气消毒器,并在不同时间段进行空气细菌采样,对比分析两组空气菌落总数。结果静态环境下,应用光触媒消毒器30 min时,A组灭菌率80.65%,显著高于B组的60.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);60 min时两组灭菌率分别为89.27%、88.95%,差异无统计学意义。动态环境下,光触媒空气消毒30 min时,两组空气菌落数比较,差异无统计学意义;消毒60、120和180 min时,A组菌落数均显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义。结论不同湿度条件会影响光触媒空气消毒器的消毒效果。室内湿度低于60%时,静态环境下消毒效果迅速,动态环境下能维持长时间的消毒效果。[ Objective] To observe the dynamic disinfection effect of photocatalyst air sterilizer on dental clinic air under different humidity conditions. [ Methods] Under the condition of normal temperature, there were two groups according to the indoor humidi- ty： Group A （humidity less than 60% ） and Group B （humidity greater than 60% }. By using the ordinary agar plate exposure method, the photocatalyst air sterilizer worked under the conditions of no medical activities day （ the static environment） and normal working day （ the dynamic environment } respectively. The air bacteria sampling was conducted during different periods, to compare the total bacteria count in two groups. [ Results] When the photocatalyst air sterilizer run for 30 minutes in the static environment, the sterilization rate of Group A （ 80.65% } was higher than that of Group B （ 60.57% ） significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. When the pho- tocatalyst air sterilizer run for 60 minutes, the sterilization rate of Group A and Group B was 89.27% and 88.95% respectively, and the difference was not significant. In the dynamic environment, when disinfection lasted for 30 minutes, the difference in total bacteria count between two groups was not significant. When disinfection lasted for 60, 120 and 180 minutes, the total bacteria counts of Group A were significantly lower than those of Group B. [ Conclusion ] The humidity condition.may affect the disinfection effect of photocatalyst air sterilizer. When indoor humidity is less than 60%, the disinfection effect is rapid in the static environ- ment, while the disinfection effect can be maintained for.9 longer period in the dynamic environment.
