摘　　要：目的建立玉米及其制品中伏马菌素B1的液相色谱-质谱测定方法。方法样品经乙腈/水/乙酸提取,提取液挥发干燥,用流动相溶解,液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱仪进行测定。结果本法检出限为10μg/kg,被测物在1μg/L^500μg/L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为94.0%~104.0%,相对标准偏差<9%。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确可靠,可用于玉米及其制品中伏马菌素B1的检测。Objective To develop a liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of fumonisin B1 in maize. Methods The analyte was extracted from maize samples by aeetonitrile - water - acetic acid 49 ＋ 50 ＋ 1 （ v/v/ v）, evaporated to dryness and dissolved with mobile phase, then determined by a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry with eleetrospray ionization source. Results The method has a limit of quantification of 10 μg/kg in maize samples. The cali- bration curve was linear in the range of 1μg/ml- 500μg/ml. The mean recovery ranged from 94% to 104% and the relative standard derivations were lower than 9%. Conclusion This method was sensitive and specific to be applied for the determina- tion of fumonisin B1 in maize samples.
