摘 要:目的了解宁波市江北区市售海水产品中食源性致病因子污染状况,主要是诺如病毒的携带情况,有效预防控制相关食源性疾病的发生。方法 2011年-2012年两年间每月采集江北区各集贸菜市场销售的部分海水产品5份,共计124份。采用荧光定量PCR法检测诺如病毒。同时采用RT-PCR法检测甲肝病毒,用常规细菌培养法检测6种肠道致病菌。结果 124份海水产品中检出诺如病毒11份,阳性检出率8.9%,其中牡蛎阳性检出率最高,为23.1%,检出的诺如病毒均为Ⅱ型。而HAV检测均阴性,检出的肠道致病菌主要是副溶血性弧菌。结论宁波市江北区市售海水产品中携带诺如病毒Ⅱ型,应加强平时监测,避免因诺如病毒引起的食源性疾病的暴发。Objective To understand the contamination situation of food - borne pathogenic factors, especially noroviruses a- mong the marine and aquatic products in market of Jiangbei district, so as to prevent the related foodborne disease. Methods A total of 124 samples were collected from various vegetable markets in each month from 2011 to 2012 to detect the norovirus by fluorescent quantitative PCR. RT - PCR was used to detect hepatitis A virus ( HAV), and routine - fostering for 6 kinds of pathogenic entero bacteria. Results Eleven of 124 samples were contaminated by noroviruses; the positive rate was 8.9% , while the positive rate was found highest in oysters (23.1% ). The genotype of all samples was noroviruses type I1. HAV was found negative in all samples, and vibrio parahaemolyticus was the main pathogenic entero bacteria in the 124 samples. Conclu- sion The marine and aquatic products in market of Jiangbei district were contaminated by noroviruses type I1. Frequent moni- toring on marine and aquatic products should be taken to prevent the outbreak of foodborne diseases.
