摘　　要：叙述了高效电机国际标准的制定和应用,介绍了国内外高效电机推广及制定的强制性措施和激励政策,比较并分析了不同国家地区高效电动机能效标准在执行方式和实施范围等方面的差异。The work-out and application of the international standard of high-efficiency motor was described. The obligatory measures and stimulated policy to promote the development of the high-efficiency motor was introduced. Difference in the fields of executive method and application range of the high-efficiency motor in different countries and areas was compared and analyzed.
