锁定加压接骨板联合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效及并发症分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用锁定加压接骨板(locking compression plate,LCP)联合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效及并发症。方法:对46例桡骨远端骨折患者行切开复位LCP内固定联合外固定支架外固定手术,术后早期进行功能锻炼。结果:术后随访7～18个月,平均12.6个月,所有患者均获得骨性愈合。按照改良McBride评分和纽约骨科医院腕关节评估标准,疗效优28例,良16例。结论:LCP联合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折临床疗效满意,尤其对于不稳定型以及骨质疏松性桡骨远端粉碎性骨折,能够牢固维持复位,有利于早期功能锻炼。Objective：To explore the efficacy and complications of locking compression plate（LCP） combined with external fixation in the treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures.Methods：A total of 46 cases of comminuted distal radius fractures underwent open reduction and internal fixation with LCP combined with external fixation,and they did early postoperative functional exercise.Results： All cases were followed up for 7 ~ 18 months with an average of 12.6 months,and all patients had bone healings.According to the modified McBride score and the New York Orthopaedic Hospital wrist rating scale,28 cases were evaluated as excellent and 16 cases were good.Conclusions： LCP combined with external fixation in the treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures have satisfactory efficacy,especially for unstable and osteoporotic comminuted distal radius fractures.
