摘  要:目的:比较256排螺旋CT与超声心动图对左心室功能的评估结果。方法:对12例冠状动脉心脏病患者,所有患者均行超声心动图和256排螺旋CT检查,观察左心室舒张末期容积(left ventricular end-diastolic volume,LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(left ventricular end-systolic volume,LVESV)、每搏输出量(Left ventricular stroke volume,LVSV)、左心室射血分数(left ven-tricular ejection fraction,LVEF),并对两种方法的检测结果进行比较。结果:12例患者经超声心动图和多排螺旋CT检测的LVEDV分别为(118.5±20.8)mL、(114.6±18.5)mL;LVESV(61.3±23.3)mL、(57.9±19.2)mL;LVSV(73.8±24.6)mL、(71.6±25.1)mL;LVEF(57.7±7.6)%、(55.2±9.7)%;各项指标均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但多排螺旋CT对心肌壁的厚度、心腔大小的显示均明显优于超声心动图。结论:多排螺旋CT对心脏的数据分析是建立在三维容积扫描基础上,其与超声心动图的几何假设相比,更接近心室腔的实际解剖形态,故使心肌壁的形态显示更加直观。Objective:To investigate the value of 256-slice CT in the assessment of left ventricular function.Methods:A total of 12 patients suspected with coronary heart diseases were enrolled.All patients underwent echocardiography and 256-slice spiral CT examination.The mean values of left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),left ventrcular end diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular ejection fraction(EF) and stroke volume(SV) were compared.Results: All the 12 patients completed echocardiography and 256-slice spiral CT examination,and the main parameters acquired by echocardiography and 256-slice CT were LVEDV(118.5±20.8)mL,(114.6±18.5)mL;LVESV(61.3±23.3)mL,(57.9±19.2)mL;LVSV(73.8±24.6)mL,(71.6±25.1)mL;LVEF(57.7±7.6)%,(55.2±9.7)%,respectively;no differences were found between the two methods(P0.05).However,MSCT is superior to echocardiography in the assessment of wall thickness and left ventricular chamber.Conclusions: MSCT heart analysis is based on the three-dimensional volume scan.Compared with echocardiography,it is closer to the real analytical structure of the left ventricule.
