超声弹性成像评价不同阶段静脉血栓的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:评价超声弹性成像技术在静脉血栓分期中的应用价值。方法:根据临床症状及常规超声检查诊断静脉血栓的患者45例,根据其超声图像的特点分为急性期与亚急性期,观察两组患者血栓的超声弹性图并计算感兴趣区内的高硬度区百分比(hard material percent,HM%)。结果:急性血栓患者静脉管腔内主要以绿色和紫色为主,而亚急性期血栓患者静脉管腔内主要以红色为主;静脉血栓急性组、亚急性组的HM%中位数分别为7.96、54.64,亚急性组血栓硬度区百分比高于急性组(P<0.01)。结论:超声弹性成像技术在静脉血栓分期中有一定的应用价值。Objective：To evaluate the value of elasticity imaging techniques in the staging of vein thrombosis.Methods：A total of 45 patients with vein thrombosis diagnosed by conventional ultrasonography and symptoms were divided into acute group and sub-acute group,and the elasticity imaging characteristics of the thrombosis and tissue hard material percent（HM%） were observed.Results： The color of acute stage thrombosis was mainly purple and green,while the color of sub-acute stage thrombosis was mainly red.The HM% in the two groups were 7.96 and 54.64,respectively.The latter was significantly higher than the former（P0.01）.Conclusions： Ultrasound elasticity imaging technology is helpful in the staging of vein thrombosis.
