摘  要:研究了冷轧无取向硅钢片晶粒尺寸及其均匀性对铁损的影响,统计出不同温度氢气热处理和真空热处理后各种晶粒尺寸所占百分比。实验证明:晶粒平均尺寸接近临界值时,铁损最低。用腐蚀坑法和Bitter粉纹图法结合起来,研究了冷轧无取向硅钢片晶粒不同晶面在轧面上呈现的磁畴形貌及该畴对应的蚀坑,计算出了易磁化畴和复杂畴所占的百分比,阐述了它们对磁性的重要影响。Effects of the grain size and homogeneity of cold-rolled disorientation silicon steel sheet on the core loss was studied. Percentages of different grain sizes were calculated statistically after performed in hydrogen atmosphere and in vacuum at different temperatures. Experimental results show that the lowest core loss will be given when the average value of different grain sizes approaches to the critical value. The morphology of magnetic domains and relevant etching pits representing different crystal faces of the silicon steel grains on rolled surface were studied by way of combining the etching method with Bitter pattern.The percentages of magnetizable and complex domains are calculated with their important effects on magnetic properties discussed
