摘 要:水于水溶性荧光素(SF)与孔雀石绿(MG)的荧光猝灭作用,提出了用荧光素作为荧光探针测定了草鱼中孔雀石绿残留量的方法。试验发现.在pH 7.0的B-R缓冲浓液中.孔雀石绿的质量浓度在80μg·L^(-1)范围内与荧光猝灭强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.01μg·L^(-1)。方法用于草鱼样品中孔雀石绿的测定,用标准加入法做回收试验,测得回收率在68.4%~83.3%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.4%~5.3%之间。Based on the fluorescence quenching action of malachite green (MG) on water soluble fluorescein (SF), a method for determination of residual amount of MG in grass carp using SF as fluorescence probe was proposed, h was found that in a B-R buffer solution, linear relationship between the magnitude of fluorescence quenching and mass concentration of MG was kept in the range within 80 μg ·L-1 , with detection limit (3S/N) 0. 01 μg ·L -1. Recovery of the method was tested by standard addition method, values of recovery found were in the range of 68. 4%-83.3% with RSD (n=6) in the range of 3.4%-5.3%.
