摘  要:提出了热敏纸中双酚A的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品用100g·L^(-1)碳酸钠浓液提取10min,过滤,滤液经Xbridge C_(18)色谱柱分离,以甲醉-水(70+30)溶液为流动相,用荧光检测器检测,激发波长为227 nm、发射波长为315nm。双酚A的质量浓度在0.5~200mg·L^(-1)范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为5mg·kg^(-1)。方法用于热敏纸样品分析,测定值与标准方法SN/T 2379-2009测定值相符;测得加标回收率在98.0%~100%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.5%~1.8%之间。HPLC was applied to the determination of bisphenol A in thermo sensitive paper. The sample was extracted with 100 g ·L-1 Na2CO3 solution for 10 min, after filtering, the filtrate was used for HPLC determination, in which Xbridge C18 column was used as chromatographic column, and a mixture of methanol and water (70+30) was used as mobile phase; fluorimetric detection at the wavelengths of (λcx) 362 nm and (λcm) 440 nm was adopted. Linear relationship between value of peak area and mass concentration of bisphenol A was obtained in the range of 0.5-200 mg· L-1. 1 , with limit of detection (3S/N) of 5 mg ·kg 1 The proposed was applied to the analysis of substantial samples, giving results in consistency with those obtained by the standard method (SN/T 2379-2009). Values of recovery and RSDrs (n=6) ohtained were in the ranges of 98. 0%-100% and 1.5%-1.8% respectively.
