摘 要:对中草药续断中铜、铁、镉和锌4种微量元素存在的形态及含量进行了研究。文中叙述了续断样品中元素的各种形态(可溶态、悬浮态、无机态、有机态)的提取方法和试液的制备方法,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了各试液中4种微量元素的含量。由4种元素在各种形态中的含量及分布状态可知:4种元素主要以可溶态存在,且可溶态中都以无机态为主。Contents and species of 4 trace elements, i.e. copper, iron, cadmium and zinc in the Chinese herbal medicine, teasel root, were studied. Methods for extraction of various species (including soluble species, suspended species, inorganic species and organic species) of the elements and preparation of the respective testing solutions were described in detail. Method oi FAAS was used for the determination of the 4 elements. As shown by the data of amount and distribution of the 4 elements found in the 4 species, it was concluded that the 4 elements were present mainly in the soluble species in which the inorganic species were the majority.
