摘　　要：突厥酮是一种具有玫瑰,草莓,苹果和清甜花香香气的名贵香料,根据双键位置的不同分为α-突厥酮,β-突厥酮,γ-突厥酮三种异构体,其中β-突厥酮异构体是卷烟烟气中一种最重要的致香组分。本文以廉价易得的甲基庚烯酮为原料,经由wittig-horner反应、酯化、水解等步骤合成了突厥酮。Damascone is a rare spicery, which has rose,apple,sweet and fruity notes.It＇s one of the most important varieties in aroma industry. It has three isomers according to different locality of the double bond, including α-damascone,β-damascone, γ-damascone. In this paper, using cheap methylheptenone as raw material, damascenone was synthesized via Wittig-homer reaction,esterification, and hydrolysis.
