基于激光辅助加工曲轴的热分析仿真研究

摘  要:曲轴是内燃机中的关键零部件之一,也是内燃机中最难加工的工件之一;经过淬火后的曲轴表面硬度更高,更难加工。由此,论文提出了采用激光加热辅助曲轴钻削加工,通过仿真分析软件对激光辅助加热工况进行了仿真分析,得出了在不同激光功率下的曲轴局部加热区域的温度云图,从结果云图可知激光辅助加工的热影响区主要集中在加热域面,温升也集中在这个区域,满足了高效、加热快以及受热集中等要求。Crankshaft is one of the key parts of internal combustion engine, is also one of the most difficult processed workpieces in the internal combustion engine. After the crankshaft quenching, the crankshaft surface is harder and more difficult to machining. Thus, this paper put forward the crankshaft using laser heating auxiliary drilling hole, through the simulation analysis software carrying on the simulation analysis for laser-assisted heating conditions, the article has obtained the temperature nephograms of the crankshaft local heating zone under different laser power, from the temperature nephograms known the heat-affected zone of laser-assisted machining are mainly concentrated in the heating field surface, temperature rise is also focused on this area, that can meet the high efficiency, fast heating and heat concentration requirements.
