摘 要:目的探讨高功率微波(HPM)辐射对大鼠睾丸形态学的影响。方法成年Wistar雄性大鼠36只,随机分为空白对照组和微波辐射组,每组18只;除对照组,实验组行200mW/cm。微波辐射6min,辐射后1d、7d和14d活杀大鼠(每次6只),冰浴下立即取睾丸,制作组织学标本,在光学显微镜下观察,并进行Johnsen评分判断睾丸损伤程度。结果与对照组相比,照射后1d睾丸生精上皮变薄不完整,生精细胞排列紊乱,生精小管管腔内精子减少,并出现睾丸实质细胞变性、坏死脱落及间质细胞数目减少改变,此外,间质可见血管淤血、组织水肿改变;在照射后7d时,睾丸组织变性、坏死无明显减轻,血管仍扩张充血,且有炎细胞浸润。辐射后的14d,大鼠睾丸组织有自我修复能力,但是修复能力有限,仍有损伤性改变。结论短期高功率微波照射可引起大鼠睾丸发生明显的病理改变,影响生精上皮的功能,造成生精障碍。Objective To investigate the effects of high power microwave radiation on the morphology of rat testis. Methods A total of thirty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups including normal control group and microwave radiation group with eighteen rats in each. The rats in microwave radiation group were exposed to 200mW/cm2 intensity microwave radiation for 6 min. Wistar rats in each group were killed at the same time at ld, 7d and 14d after exposure to 200mW/cm2.The testis was taken immediately under ice bath, and prepared for histological specimens, the pathological changes were observed by light microscopy. The degree of testicular injury was assessed by Johnsenscore. Results The first day after exposure to radiation, the results of experimental rats observed under light microscope showed that seminiferous epithelium thin, the arrangement of spermatogenic cells out of order, degeneration and necrosis of spematogenic cells, decrease of spermatozoa of the seminiferous tubule and the number of megenchymal cells, compared with that of the control group. In addition, vascular congestion and interstitial edema were observed, qt^e seventh day after exposure to radiation, degeneration, necrosis of testis tissue, vascular congestion, interstitial edema, and inflammatory cells infiltration were observed. The fourteenth day after exposure to radiation, the testicle tissue of rats in the experimental group had the limited ability to repair itself, there was still damage in rat testis. Conclusion High power microwave may lead to significant pathological changes of the rat testis, which may affect the function of seminiferous epithelium seriously, resulting inspermatogenic obstacles.
