摘　　要：One new species, Psallus hsiaoi sp. nov., of tribe Phylini is described. The genus Megalocoleus Reuter, 1890 is recorded from China for the first time. The habitus photographs and illustrations of the male genitalia are given.记述叶盲蝽族1新种:萧氏杂盲蝽Psallus hsiaoi sp.nov.,及中国新记录属:隆唇盲蝽属Megalocoleus Reuter,1890,提供了虫体背面观照片、雄外生殖器特征图。
