摘　　要：为减少船舶交管系统(VTS)操作员工作量,提高智能化与自动化程度,方便快捷地完成VHF语音通信,提出了一种自动甚高频数字选择性呼叫(VHF DSC)系统设计方案。该系统主要由VHF组件、数据处理器和DSC呼叫序列处理单元组成。通过对雷达目标船的录取,数据处理器对雷达和自动识别系统(AIS)的信息进行数据融合与关联,提取出被呼叫船的海上移动业务识别码,DSC呼叫序列处理单元自动编辑VHF DSC的呼叫序列,VHF组件发出呼叫信号建立无线通信链路,自动完成VHF语音通信前的沟通。实践验证了系统的正确性与可行性,增强了VTS对数据信息的处理能力,提高了VTS的智能处理水平。In order to reduce the workload of VTS operator, improve the VTS intelligent automation, and be conven ient to complete the VHF voice communication, the paper proposes a design scheme of automatic VHF DSC system. Automatic VHF DSC system is mainly composed of VHF module, data processor and DSC sequence processing u- nit. When the operator admits on radar target ship, the data processor will carry out data fusion and correlation of radar and AIS information, and extract the MMSI of the target ship, then the DSC sequence processing unit will au- tomatically edit the calling sequence of VHF DSC, VHF component will send a call signal to establish a wireless communication link, so the VHF voice communication will be automatically completed. The feasibility and correct- ness of the system has been verified through practice, the desired design purpose achieved, the data processing abili- ty of the VTS information enhanced, and the intelligent level of VTS improved.
