摘　　要：月季是优良的观赏性花卉 ,它的用途越来越为人们所重视。改变传统的培育方法 ,利用组织培养是达到快速优质繁育的有效途径。本文通过不同培养基的试验 。Rosa chinensis Jacq.is a kind of ornamental flower,which has been paid more attention. The effective way to achieve rapid and good quality breeding is to make use of tissue culture. Through different experiments on culture medium,this paper discussed that it is able to realize to propagate high quality seeds in large number using suitable culture medium in short time so as to meet the needs of different levels.
