摘  要:高炉内硅还原反应未达到平衡。研究表明,温度、焦炭中 SiO_2 量、炉渣碱度及其 MgO 含量、还原时间、接触面积是影响硅还原的重要因素。为获得低硅生铁,要控制炉内温度,缩小硅还原区,减少焦炭带入 SiO_2 量,适当提高炉渣碱度和 MgO含量。It was found that the reduction process of silica in blast furnace has not reached equilibrium yet. Experimental results show that such influencing factors as the reduction temperature of silica, SiO2 content brought by coke, basicity of slag and MgO content in it, reduction time and contact surface area are of importance to the reduction of silica.In order to obtain low- [Si] pig iron,it is necessary to control strictly the furnace temperature and minimize the reduction region of silica and the silica broght by coke,with slag basicity and MgO content in slag properly increased.
