扁桃体啄治法治疗咽部疾病的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨扁桃体啄治法的治病机理与疗效、方法对１４５例咽部疾患的病人，随机分为治疗组与对照组进行１～２个疗程观察，并对治疗组５０例进行了唾液免疫球蛋白治疗前后的测定。结果慢性扁桃体炎治疗组有效率９８％，与对照组比较Ｐ＜０．０１；慢性咽炎治疗组有效率９４％，与对照组比较Ｐ＜０．０５。唾液免疫球蛋白治疗后明显高于治疗前。结论本法临床疗效显著，是新型的中医外治法。Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of tonsil-pecking method and its curative effect. Method 145 patients were divided into two groups- treating and control groups and observe after one or two courses of treatment. The levels of immunoglobulin in saliva before and after treatment were measured. Results The efficacy rate achieved in treating group were 98% in patients with chronic tonsilitis and 94% in patients with pharyngitis. Compared with control groups, these results revealed statistical significant differences in both tonsilitis (P <0. 01) and pharyngitis (P<0. 05) groups after treatment respectively. Conclusion The tonsil -pecking method has demonstrated satisfactory results and can be applied as an external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
