摘　　要：目的为提高临床对颈静脉扩张症的认识，熟悉本病，增强治疗效果。方法报告２例颈静脉扩张症，结合文献复习，分析临床病症和诊治方法。结果　手术后２例皆获痊愈，分别随访１年和４个月，患者恢复良好，无后遗症、并发症。结论根据颈部出现压缩性、无痛性肿块，利用特殊检查方法能明确诊断颈静脉扩张症．手术治疗是唯一的治疗方法。Objective To improve the recognition of jugular vein dilation, acquainte with the disease, and increaseits therapeutic effect. Methods 2 cases of jugular vein dilatation were reported with review of the literature. We analysed the clinical feature, diagnosis and the methods of treatment. Results The follod-up time after operation were 12 and 4 months respectively, All cured. Conclusion Jugular vein dilatatian is painless and compressible. Using particular ex amination may exactly diagnose jugular ein dilatation. Operation is the only method of treatment.
