摘  要:目的:开展血吸虫病查病适宜技术普及推广应用,提高监测效率。方法:选择杭州市余杭区5个流动人口较为集中乡镇的社区卫生服务中心作为血吸虫病查病适宜技术推广应用试点,采用斑点金免疫渗滤法作为血吸虫病查病适宜技术,开展监测。试点应用适宜技术监测与常规监测进行比较,评价监测效果。结果:2011年开展血清学查病2 106人,查出阳性者7例,病原学粪检6例,查出血吸虫病患者2例。常规监测目标对象监测率77.8%,试点监测93.2%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。常规监测血清学阳性检出率为0.32%,试点为0.36%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:斑点金免疫渗滤法作为血吸虫查病适宜技术在基层医疗单位推广应用是可行的。Objective To carry out popularization and application of appropriate screening technology of schistoso- miasis, and to improve monitoring efficiency. Methods We chose five community health service centers in Yuhang Dis- trict of Hangzhou,in which migrants are commonly found, for the pilot site of applying appropriate screening technolo- gy of schistosomiasis,using dot immunogold filtration assay for monitoring. Pilot monitoring and routine monitoring were evaluated and compared in monitoring effect. Results Serological test was conducted in 2106 patients in 2011, of which 7 positive cases were found. Etiology stool examination was made in 6 cases,two cases of schistosomiasis found. Routine monitoring rate of the target object was 77.8 ~, pilot monitoring rate 93.2 ~, with significant differences(P~ 0.01). Routine monitoring rate of serological positive detection was 0.32%, pilot monitoring rate 0.36 %, with no sig- nificant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusions Application of dot immunogold filtration assay as an appropriate screening technology of schistosomiasis in primary health care units is feasible.
