摘　　要：目的:掌握宁波市第二类疫苗使用情况,为改进第二类疫苗接种工作策略提供依据。方法:对2008-2011年宁波市第二类疫苗使用情况进行分析。结果:宁波市第二类疫苗的品种逐年增加,但总使用量趋于下降。无细胞百白破、甲肝灭活、狂犬病疫苗的用量大幅下降,HIB、7价肺炎、轮状病毒、乙脑灭活、脊灰灭活以及23价肺炎疫苗的用量上升。结论:宁波市第二类疫苗使用量主要受扩大免疫规划的影响。对疫苗知识的宣传、接种知情告知工作的规范等也一定程度上影响了第二类疫苗的使用。Objective To understand the current situation of vaccines use in Ningbo from 2008 to 2011 and to provide a scientific basis for evaluating and improving immune planning strategy. Methods The data of vaccines use from 2008 to 2011 were collected and analyzed. Results Categories of the second type vaccines increased year by year, but the gross usage amount tended to decline. The usage amounts of Adsorbed Acellular DTP Vaccine,inactivated hepatitis A vac- cine and rabies vaccine were going down, while the application of HIB vaccine,Pneumococcal 7--Valent Conjugate Vac- cine, live Eotavirus Vaccine, Inactivated Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine, Inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine and 23-- Valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine were increasing steadily. Conclusions Expanded program on immunization which has been executed since 2008 is the critical factor which affects the application of the second type vaccines in Ningbo. Publicity of the vaccine knowledge and normalization of informed consent also would be effective measures.
