摘　　要：开发西部农村卫生资源，发展西部卫生事业，改善劳动力整体素质是实施西部地区大开发战略中不容忽视的内容之一。西部基本医疗保健服务、卫生资源贫乏尚未引起足够重视。要积极采取措施优化西部劳动力资源，尽快缩小东西部差距。It was the important part in the strategy of developing the western to develop rural health resources, perfect medical services system and improve the whole diathesis of labor forces. Much more attention must be paid to essential medical services and lacking health resources. In order to lessen the gap between the eastern and the western, we should take active steps to optimize the labor forces in the western.
