摘  要:从4个工业大麻品种不同部位叶的600块组织中共分离得到内生真菌376株(云麻3号71株、云麻4号107株、云麻5号95株、云晚6号103株),经形态学和ITS序列分子鉴定发现这些内生真菌分属于20个属,其中6个属普遍存在于4个品种中,炭疽菌Colletotrichum是大麻的优势菌属,在4个品种中的优势度均大于50%.大麻4个品种的内生真菌分离率在0.47-0.71之间,平均为0.63.内生真菌群落组成的多样性及相似性分析结果表明,工业大麻的内生真菌多样性偏低、宿主专一性较小.From 600 different leaves of 4 cultivars of Cannabis sativa L. ,376 endophytic fungi strains were i- solated,of which 71 strains were from cultivar of Yunma No. 3,107 strains were from Yunma No. 4,95 strains were from Yunma No. 5 and 103 strains were from Yunma No. 6. The endophytic fungi were identified by both morphological and molecular method. The results indicated that endophytic fungi from industrial hemp could be divided into 20 genera, and 6 of them were found in all cultivars. Colletotrichum was the dominant genus, and the dominance index was 50% higher than all the other detected hemp cultivars. Isolation rate of endophytic fungi from hemp tissues ranged from 0.47 to 0.71 ,with 0.63 as an average. The study implied that the endophytic fun- gi existing in industrial hemp showed relatively low diversity and host specificity.
